Hi Arnold, Beautiful !!!

Arnold--I went to your site and saw that you had put up a new Daily Photo gallery. I left a comment on your lemur (very cute!) and then went to Popular Gallery to see if it made your photo show up. Didn't see it, so I went back and saw that my comment had disappeared. Thought maybe I had done something wrong, so I left another message--came back and it had disappeared also. Maybe check your settings to be sure you have allowed comments--if that is turned off, you won't get any for sure, and still won't get into the Popular Gallery. Don't know if that is the issue, but worth checking.

Re: your question about the website. With the current way Smugmug seems to work, the only way your photos can show up in the "popular" gallery, is for the pic to be downloaded that day, and then received a comment from someone. Otherwise it stays hidden. So if you want to be more noticed, you might want to upload a different pic every day (or when you wish) to a daily gallery or a recent uploads gallery--that way people know where to look for the new work. We can comment on older photos, but they may not show up in the popular gallery, as they were from other days' uploads. I'm not at all fond of SM's current policy, but it is what we have at the moment, but putting up a new pic daily seems to be the best way.
