Viera Wetlands - Sept 15, 2009

I took all the photos at the Viera Wetlands in the morning. My main reason for photographing was to try out 1.7X Teleconverter with my Nikon 500mm f-4 lens. I also took several photos using auto ISO on my Nikon.D300. What I found using the 1.7X Teleconverter gave me less noise in the sky and I couldn't tell a real difference in the sharpness between the shooting with or without the Teleconverter. The main reason for less noise is because I didn’t to crop in as much when I used the 1.7X Teleconverter. The auto ISO seem to work fine since I like to shoot at f8 and about 1/1250 sec or faster.
